Dominican University's Colin Janison and George Sherman have been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Position Player and Pitching Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week for events of March 5-11, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

Janison (Las Vegas, Nev.) led the Stars to a perfect 6-0 week in Fort Pierce, Florida, hitting safely in all six games, including six doubles and a home run. The outfielder drove in eight runs on the week and scored another nine and was a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen bases. In a doubleheader sweep of the University of Northwestern, Janison was a perfect 7-for-7 with two doubles and a home run. The senior also walked once and was hit by pitch, reaching base in all nine of his plate appearances.
